KYSANNIS
"You better hope karma slaps you in the face before I do."
Name: Kyannis
Gender: Female
Parents: Tivialous, the Light Elemental (father); the Earth Elemental (mother)
Eye color: Green, but gold in the sun.
Age: 21
Siblings: Prism (older sister), Kession (older brother), Kohaku (elder paternal half-sister), Talbot (elder paternal half-brother), Ruan (elder maternal half-sister)
Appearance: Kysannis's basic body build is that of a standard Eastern Dragon's: a serpentine, ribbon-like shape. She has four limbs and two sets of wings, one on her back behind her shoulders, and another on her her lower back, above her hips. Emerald green fur cover her the top of her body, and white fur covers her belly. She has two sets of spikes: a single one on her forehead, and two more on the back of her head, behind the crystaline horns. The horns were originally from a cave, and Kysannis was so smitten by the beauty of it that she manifested her Earthen powers, and attached the two crystals onto her head as a symbol of the powers she inherited from her mother. The rest of her head takes on a wolfish appearance, with a snout and a muzzle. Her eyes are a deep forest green that glint gold when it catches light, and the sparkle never fades from them, giving Kysannis an intimidating but playful demeanor.
Personality: With big plans to go out into the world, Kysannis wasted no time in buttering up her parents and acting the perfect child. Soon, she got what she wanted and her parents allowed her to venture into the universe by herself, and forge an independent life. Unfortunately, she was very underprepared for what reality really was. She found herself caught up in her parents' conflict, which also tied in the other eight Elementals and their children as well. Kysannis still isn't sure which side she should take, and constantly switches parties to try to adjust herself. She lacks the maturity of a real adult, and is unable to set boundaries and make definitions. She is still not sure who she is, and continues to search. She has a lot of unused potential, and whether or not she will actually manifest it all, only time will tell.
A smart and creative dragon, Kysannis looks at problems from all angles and is able to think on the spot and come up with multiple solutions. She is armed and dangerous with her intellect, and uses various ways to manipulate others into helping her get what she wants. She can be very charming if she wants, and puts on a facade of politeness and formality. In reality, Kysannis can be just as playful as the next fellow and likes to do what she wants to do. She is largely independent and likes to stand out, and often doesn't like it when others try to help. Aggressive and merciless in battle, Kysannnis excels in fighting and thirsts for victory. If she doesn't get it, then vengeance is a must.
Kysannis changes character as smoothly as she changes shape. It's hard to keep up with her, as she is always moving and adjusting. You never know what's going to happen next; she is virtually unpredictable, and the only way to know what's on her mind is to actually read her mind. Even those who think they know her well can't seem to stay a step ahead.
Positives: Smart, creative, charming
Negatives: Manipulative, vengeful, immature
Neturals: Playful, unpredictable, independent
Powers: Kysannis's powers are largely Earthen, but she possess a few Light powers as well. (Abilities, defined here as capabilities that can't be used as a weapon, are bolded.)
Flying-- Kysannis can fly with her wings.
Biokinesis-- Kysannis can control small plants, such as vines, and make them grow around enemies' ankles, trapping or tying them down.
Acid breath-- Kysannis can breathe acid, but can only direct it at a target. She has no control over the spread, and is immune it it herself.
Breathing fire-- Kysannis can breathe fire like any other draconic being. However, she can't breathe acid and fire simultaneously.
Crystal horns-- She can withdraw/store energy in her horns, then use them to add energy to her powers/boost her stamina during battle.
Shapeshifting-- Kysannis has mastered a complex type of shapeshifting that is more connected to her thoughts, and can shift into nearly anything.
Geokinesis-- She has some control over rocks and chunks of dirt, and can levitate them or shoot them to her pleasure.
Photokinesis-- Kysannis can barely manifest light energy, but can create small lasers that are about as harmful as regular laserbeams. She doesn't often use this, and only for amusement.
Summoning a treant-- She is able to summon a treant made from the trees in her current surroundings. However, this takes a lot of her energy (and takes a long time to recover), so she only utilizes this power when absolutely necessary.
Photosynthesis-- Kysannis can photosynthesize like a typical plant, and is able to manifest light and produce energy for herself. Unfortunately, since she is a rather large being, she still has to eat food (meaning animals) to maintain her metabolism; just relying on light for energy isn't going to be enough, but in battle she can simultaneously fight and photosynthesize to recover some lost energy.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
(Just Kysannis poking fun at another poor soul.)
The emerald-and-white dragon was draped over the branch like a python in a jungle. Kysannis had spread open her wings and was savoring the warmness of the sunlight, from which she was steadily drawing energy. Suddenly, her eyes shot open as her ears picked up on soft, subtle footsteps crunching on the forest floor just below her.
She looked down and spotted the stranger at the same time the stranger decided to look up. The other dragon started and stumbled back, startled at her appearance. Kysannis smirked down at him, saying nothing and waiting for him to make the first move.
"Um..." he sounded scared. His eyes darted around for a moment before asking again. "I'm uh... kinda lost. What is this place? Whose territory is it?"
This is going to be fun. There was nothing to gain from teasing this poor fellow, but Kysannis was enjoying the game already. It wouldn't hurt, anyway. She tilted her head and smiled her mysterious smile, her eyes flashing gold as she tilted her head to catch the sunlight. "I dunno. Where do you want to go?"
The Creation frowned. "I'm trying to get back to the Death lands, but I shadow-travelled and ended up here. Still can't control it very well," he said, sounding flustered and scratching the back of his head. Kysannis merely blinked. "This place looks too alive to be Eien's place."
"That's right."
"So can you point me in the right direction?" he asked, sounding slightly frustrated now.
"Maybe," she replied slyly, folding one paw on top of another and directing her stare to him. "But why should I tell you?"
"I'm just trying to get back home!" he exclaimed, throwing up his paws and looking exasperated. "You know what, I'm wasting my time. Good-bye." He started to leave and walk in the wrong direction. Kysannis let out a grin and shifted into an invisible being, moving to block him. She rematerialized in front of him, and he screeched.
"Who said you could walk away?"
"What do you want?" he asked, baring his teeth.
"You're walking in the wrong direction, you know."
He stared skeptically at her. "And how do I know you know what direction is right?"
She tilted her head again. "You don't."
"Can you just please tell me where to go?"
Kysannis took a deep breath. "Go east until you see the oak forest start to turn into a pine forest. Then, walk north along the oak-pine border until you find a lake. Walk all the way around the lake and continue west. The forest should then start to open into a meadow, and when you see a small sapling in the meadow turn eastward, and keep walking, until you reach where you want to go." She bit back a grin, waiting to see if he would figure it out.
He didn't. "Thanks," he said, and hurried off. She waited, and stretched her ears. She heard him reciting the directions to himself, then a pause. "Wait! This is just a circle!" But when he looked back, she was already gone.
