Name: Fenris Fell
Gender: Male
Preference: Straight
Age: 28
Dragon: Criss
Looks:
Fenris is a tough looking guy and is roughly 6'0" in height. His hair is a charcoal black and is always messy looking and his eyes are the same color. His skin is natural pale in color and has scars on his back, namely two. The two scars are from a mostly one sided fight with the law back at his home. His usual attire consists of a simple faded brown shirt underneath a black jacket, ragged jeans, and black combat boots. He also wears a chain with a single dog tag on it around his neck. His hands are rather calloused from working on the farm he grew up on as is the soles of his feet. He usually will have a sharp look in his eyes, daring someone to confront him on anything. With a small scowl on his face he looks like someone normal people don't want to get involved with and someone who gets in a lot of trouble.
Personality:
To say Fenris hates taking orders from someone would be putting it lightly. He'll go out of his way to disobey any order given to him in the most insulting or obvious manner possible. He hates the Law and the Law hates him. He will NEVER do as told and makes sure everyone knows it. He's an out spoken guy and if he doesn't like you, he'll tell it to your face. He knows his opinions and isn't shy when sharing them with others, especially if it's an unpopular one. Yes, he'll pick the unpopular opinion just so he can taunt people or, and this is more likely, to draw attention to it. To explain: picture two opinions, one being that "there's always a silver lining" and the other "sometimes there's no silver lining." The first one is the more popular opinion but Fenris chooses the second one and says out loud that he does. Of course, someone of the first opinion will come forth to prove him wrong. During the ensuing conversation, Fenris will point out situation that won't have a silver lining and the other will try to point out the silver lining. Whatever the outcome, he knows that others are listening and his point will be made, even though it's unpopular. He does this more often then not when contradicting the laws that govern the people.
Fenris is really brash in nature and that affects nearly everything he does. This is the part of him that screams his rebellion towards any and all authority. It is this that causes him to challenge the very people who 'protect' him. This part of him also affects his way of fighting which is very emotion based and unpredictable. Of course this also means that he doesn't fight unless he's emotionally invested. His brashness also causes his openly opinionated words and the cause of his scars. Yes, he can be hotheaded in certain areas in life but he can be nice when he wants to be. That is, if you somehow become friends with him he's surprisingly loyal. Fenris certainly won't betray his friends because, well, that's for politicians to do (ba da ching!). But seriously, his loyalty for his friends might seem strange but it actually makes sense! I promise! After all, his main disloyalty is towards the government, not his friends.
Many people would describe him as a wild animal that is very close to untamable. They are right, of course. His very nature is like that of an alpha wolf. Even his name Fenris is Norse for "a mythical monstrous wolf." His body language can easily be compared to that of a wolf. In example, when he's angry, he's very likely to snarl with bare teeth and all. Growing up in the country wilderness will do that to you(I should know~). If you can somehow get passed this personality of his he's an alright guy to talk to. Though you shouldn't really expect anything from him unless he actually likes you. One way around his hatred for orders is to use requests. This way there is a more likely chance that he'll do what you ask instead of outright doing the opposite.
Fighting Weapons: Since Criss doesn't know that traditionally dragons give a weapon to their rider, Fenris wasn't given one. However, Fenris is rather fond of hand-to-hand combat. Since he grew up in the deep South, he can use a multitude of guns but only owns a .45 pistol that he keeps at his home and doesn't really use all that much.
Other:
His favorite color is purple.
He grew up on a farm out in Alabama.
He's been arrested. Twice.
The scars on his back make a somewhat clumsy X.
He used to have a tan but after living in the city for a few years, it faded.
Rp Sample:
Walking down the city streets Fenris ignored everyone he passed. Everyone else got out of his path when he walked by, sensing his unwelcoming mood. He hadn't even lived in this blasted city and he already hated it. It was too loud, too claustrophobic for the used-to-be farmer. The buildings were so tall and there were too many people, in his opinion. At least the people got out of his way most days. Sometimes they were very rude or prideful or arrogant and he'd get into spats with those types. Then there were the cops.
Now, it wasn't their fault he hated them so much. Or maybe it was, really. He disliked how they held power and the trust of the people yet couldn't defend them. He also hated how some would abuse their power and flaunt it as if they earned it. As if they deserved that power! So Fenris would react accordingly. He'd punch them in their smug faces! Thus he got arrested for the first time for the assault of a police officer.
While in prison he learned a few tricks. For example, he learned to distinguish the troublemakers and either watch from the sidelines or stop them from causing trouble. He learned to observe and use his observations against his 'enemies'. He'd be lying if he said he didn't make a friend or two in there. You meet the strangest people in prison. Fenris thought upon release. He had never really feared the thought of going to jail and going there just solidified his indifference towards it.
Walking down the streets of Montgomery once more, he headed back to his apartment with a slight air of tiredness with him. He was sick of the bright lights that constantly light up the night. Sometimes he just wanted to yell at the city to just go to sleep already! I'll just have to get used to it. He thought, sighing slightly. With his mind on something else he didn't notice when he accidently bumped into someone. With a small glare, he said roughly, "Watch it."
(And that is how I do it~ Alright, I was rambling slightly but oh well!!)
